If the customer is not satisfied with the condition of the food upon delivery, pictorial proof will be asked from the customer.
If indeed it’s not up to standards, the order will be cancelled and refunded at the outlet’s expense.
If the order is delivered in acceptable condition, the outlet will explain accordingly to the customer.
