You should inform us. Drivers are not allowed to ask for an additional toll fee from the customer for delivery within Klang Valley and Penang island -- the delivery fee is inclusive of toll charges. 

If the customer paid the driver, we’ll contact and refund the customer immediately via e-voucher and then submit a report to the delivery service partner for reimbursement within 24 hours. Please provide proof of conversation with the driver and customer.

If the customer didn’t pay the driver, we’ll submit a report to the delivery service partner to let them know. GrabExpress drivers will request for reimbursement from their end instead.
