Do requests for drivers earlier， especially during peak hours. The system will start looking for a driver as scheduled. 

Generally it would take 10 - 15 mins to allocate the nearest available driver and at least 10 mins for the driver to reach the store. If the allocation is taking more than 15 mins (no available driver within your area or rain), do ping us and we'll start to look for alternatives.
