As it’s stated in the terms & conditions that editing of order is not allowed after checking out, the outlet should inform customers that it’s not possible to edit / change orders. We do not provide payment refunds for customer mistakes.

Customers are not encouraged to change the pick-up point to avoid food wastage. If the customer is insistent, the merchant needs to request for a transfer at the outlet’s expense - and inform us to transfer the order to the newly appointed outlet. After that, the original outlet needs to void the order and the new outlet needs to key in the order manually in the POS system.

The outlet should resolve the issue with the customer on a case-by-case basis if the latter disagrees.
