Under normal circumstances, we would recommend a voucher refund for the customer to return and to ease Finance’s billing purposes.
In case if we really need to do a direct bank transfer, it would be on a case by case basis, upon receiving merchant management’s approval. The outlet would then need to collect customer bank details & share with Merchant’s own Finance department. We do not offer a direct bank transfer refund on behalf of the Merchant.
