How It Works

Automation Flow

  1. For Self-Pickup Orders

    • Example:

      • A customer places an order for the 12:00 PM–1:00 PM time slot.

      • The system will automatically accept the order at 12:00 PM.

      • The system will mark the order as "Ready for Pickup" at 12:30 PM to provide adequate preparation time.

  2. For Delivery Orders

    • Example:

      • A customer places an order for the 12:00 PM–1:00 PM time slot.

      • The system will automatically accept the order at 11:30 AM.

      • At 11:30 AM, a rider request will be sent out. The request will specify that the order will be ready for pickup at 12:00 PM.

      • This ensures sufficient time to secure a rider and have them arrive at the outlet on time for pickup.
